开盘后不久，泛欧斯托克600指数上涨0.2%，多数板块处于上涨区间。英国富时100指数、法国CAC 40指数和德国DAX指数在周四收跌后均小幅走高。
周四，以色列总理内塔尼亚胡表示，以方同意“尽快”与黎巴嫩展开谈判。伊朗议会议长加利巴夫则称，以色列持续袭击黎巴嫩，违反了美伊之间的停火协议。
受相关消息影响，亚洲股市隔夜上涨，韩国综合股价指数上涨1.75%，中小盘科斯达克指数上涨1.65%。
日本日经225指数上涨1.88%，东证指数持平。日本首相高市早苗周五表示，该国计划从5月起释放可供使用20天的石油储备。截至4月6日，日本的石油储备足够维持230天。
欧洲股市周四走势摇摆，因美伊达成的脆弱停火已显现裂痕，最终收跌。
与此同时，投资者还将密切关注周五晚些时候公布的德国月度通胀数据，该数据将在一定程度上反映伊朗冲突对消费者价格的影响。
