百奥家庭互动（02100）发布公告，执行董事及董事会主席戴坚先生（戴先生）于2026年4月9日透过 Stmoritz Investment Limited（Stmoritz，由戴先生间接实益拥有的公司）以平均每股股份 0.460港元从市场购入合计10万股每股面值0.0000005美元的本公司普通股（股份）（购买股份）。
紧随购买股份后，Stmoritz直接持有合计6.89亿股股份（占本公司已发行股本约 24.0%）。
自2026年3月30日至4月9日期间，戴先生透过Stmoritz从市场购入合计147.6万股股份。
