ChainCatcher 消息，据 Crowdfund Insider 报道，荷兰银行 ClearBank 宣布已获得欧盟《加密资产市场监管法案》（MiCA）批准并取得荷兰金融市场管理局（AFM）颁发的加密资产服务提供商（CASP）牌照，将推出包括稳定币在内的数字资产服务，该行表示后续还计划支持基于欧元和美元的稳定币（EURC 与 USDC），以提升跨境转账与支付效率。
此外，ClearBank 表示将通过 Coinbase 提供储蓄账户服务，并纳入英国金融服务补偿计划（FSCS）保障范围。
