南方财经4月9日电，中国平安举办服务升级发布会，宣布以2026“服务年”为契机，重磅升级AI“快捷服务”和“全球急难救援”两大创新服务。平安人寿总经理史伟玉介绍，为应对居家、户外、境外三大场景中可能发生的百余种紧急风险，中国平安整合全球救援资源，秉承“Anytime（全时响应）、Anywhere（全球救援）、Anything（全心守护）”3A理念，打造了涵盖上门紧急核实、陪同送医、医疗转运、野外搜寻、安全撤离等38项服务的综合性救援体系。 据介绍，平安设立了7×24小时无时差响应的全球急难救援服务中心，并通过平安APP内的“SOS一键呼救”功能及“95511-9”服务热线，秒级响应客户救援需求。广泛链接全球专业救援组织，平安合作网络覆盖超过20万家医疗机构及60万家优质服务商，服务触达全球233个国家和地区，可在20分钟内快速调起全球救援资源。目前平安已将全球急难救援服务融入多家子公司产品及客户权益体系。
