巴西国家石油公司已与马来西亚国家石油公司巴西子公司签署协议，收购其在巴西海上Tartaruga Verde和Espadarte Module III油田剩余的50% 权益。

　　这两个油田位于坎波斯盆地。交易完成后，巴西国家石油公司将重新获得全部所有权并继续担任作业者。

　　这些资产由巴西国家石油公司通过Cidade de Campos dos Goytacazes浮式生产储卸油装置运营，日产石油约5.5万桶。

　　该交易价值4.5亿美元，包括签署时支付的5000万美元、交割时到期的3.5亿美元以及高达5000万美元与未来里程碑相关的递延付款。

　　巴西国家石油公司表示，最终金额将进行调整，以反映自2025年7月1日（交易生效日期）以来这些资产产生的经济成果。

　　交易的完成仍需满足惯例条件，包括获得巴西国家石油、天然气和生物燃料管理局的批准。

　　此次交易继3月份的先前相关公告之后，是巴西国家石油公司巩固其在核心海上资产中地位战略的一部分。
