三位知情人士表示，中东产油国已要求亚洲炼油商提交4月和5月的原油装运计划，为最终恢复经由霍尔木兹海峡的航运做准备。

　　其中两位消息人士称，全球最大石油出口商沙特阿美已要求客户提交5月从延布港和拉斯塔努拉港装货的指定承运人。

　　其中一位消息人士称，这将取决于东部的拉斯坦努拉港出口能否恢复；船舶若自该港出运，需经霍尔木兹海峡。

　　沙特阿美上月告知买家，4月只能从西部的延布港经由红海装卸货物。

　　另据两名消息人士称，科威特国家石油公司（KPC）已公布4月以离岸价格（FOB）出售科威特出口原油（KEC）的装船日期。其中一位消息人士称，正在进行指定货载，具体取决于客户的装运货物能力。上个月，由于油轮无法进入波斯湾装运原油，KPC对已交割的原油供应宣布不可抗力。

　　由于非办公时间，沙特阿美和KPC暂无法立即置评。
