中新网4月10日电 (陈天浩 吴辛茹)中国与东盟自1991年开启对话合作，历经三十余年深耕，已建立稳固的全面战略伙伴关系。以马来西亚为例，马来西亚亚太“一带一路”共策会执行董事、拿督翁忠义(Ong Chong Yi)对中国新闻网表示，自2011年马中签署双方关于扩大和深化经济贸易合作的协定和2013年签署双边经贸合作五年规划以来，马来西亚迎来大量优质中方投资，助力基建升级、为多州青年毕业生创造充足就业岗位。柬埔寨金边皇家大学国际研究与公共管理学院院长尼克·尚达里斯(Neak Chandarith)则介绍，中国资助建设的柬埔寨金港高速公路以及“钻石六边”合作框架下规划的“工业发展走廊”将完善物流网络、显著缩短运输时间并降低成本，极大地推动柬埔寨融入准时制供应链。
