智通财经APP讯，领悦服务集团(02165)公布，公司将于2026年4月13日就建议收购由西昌市自然资源局透过公开招标出售的该土地的土地使用权提交标书。该土地位于中国四川省西昌市南坛菜市场东侧，总地盘面积为15,444.39平方米。该土地指定作住宅及商业用途，出让期限分别为住宅用途70年及商业用途40年。该土地的综合容积率须在1.0至2.2之间。建议土地收购的公开招标起拍价为约人民币1.427亿元(不包括税项)。
该土地位于中国四川省西昌市东区的优越地段，交通便利且配套设施完善，为目前西昌市东区土地供应中稀缺的地块。倘公司于相关公开招标中成功中标，拟将该土地开发为商住用途，并于市场上出售物业。
公司目前于西昌经营物业管理服务业务，并于该市累计稳固的客户群，为物业开发提供一定的客户资源保障。西昌房地产市场整体维持稳健，且考虑到于该地块处于西昌的理想地段，提供的优质住宅产品预计将吸引公司现有物业管理客户再次置业，同时带动新客户。预计该项目开发将带来潜在投资回报，并为公司及股东创造更高的财务回报。
