智通财经APP讯，华润燃气(01193)发布公告，于2026年4月10日，本公司的全资附属公司华润燃气投资(中国)有限公司(“华润燃气投资(中国)”)，连同其附属公司，统称“华润燃气投资(中国)集团”)已于中国发行第二期中期票据(“第二期中期票据”)。已发行的第二期中期票据本金总额为人民币25亿元，期限为三年，票面利率为每年1.59%。发行第二期中期票据所得募集资金将用于偿还华润燃气投资(中国)集团的有息债务、置换以华润燃气投资(中国)集团的若干自有资金还款的银行贷款及补充华润燃气投资(中国)集团的流动资金。
