蓝鲸新闻4月10日讯，近日，国家金融监督管理总局咸阳监管分局发布了罚单，剑指中国人民健康保险股份有限公司咸阳分公司、民生人寿保险股份有限公司咸阳中心支公司及其相关责任人。
罚单显示，中国人民健康保险股份有限公司咸阳分公司的主要违法违规事实（案由）为：利用开展保险业务为个人牟取不正当利益。
对此，国家金融监督管理总局咸阳监管分局对该公司罚款6万元；对汪文明（时任中国人民健康保险股份有限公司咸阳分公司互联网保险部/智慧营销部个人业务销售条线员工）警告，并处罚款1.2万元。
此外，民生人寿保险股份有限公司咸阳中心支公司因销售人员接受投保人委托代缴保险费，被罚款1.1万元；李喜平（时任民生人寿保险股份有限公司咸阳中心支公司收展室业务管理岗）被警告。
