奥地利石油天然气集团OMV已提名艾玛·德莱尼为新任首席执行官，监事会将在下次会议上决定此项任命。

　　德莱尼被提议自2026年9月1日起接替阿尔弗雷德·斯特恩，担任执行董事会主席兼首席执行官，初始任期为三年，并可选择延长两年。

　　德莱尼目前担任英国石油的执行副总裁，在能源领域拥有超过三十年的经验，负责监管涵盖约50个国家的燃料、润滑油、航空燃料和电动出行等业务。

　　OMV表示，此次提名经过了国际搜寻流程，并指出德莱尼在上下游、液化天然气业务方面拥有丰富经验。

　　监事会主席兼总统与提名委员会主席卢茨·费尔德曼表示：“艾玛·德莱尼是一位杰出且 highly qualified 的首席执行官候选人。凭借其丰富的行业和管理经验，她具备成功领导OMV的所有先决条件。”

　　此外，预计监事会将在同一次会议上考虑将首席财务官莱因哈德·弗洛雷的任期延长两年。
