金吾财讯 | 意大利能源巨头埃尼集团（E）宣布，将向加拿大天然石墨企业Nouveau Monde Graphite（NMG）投资7000万美元，这笔资金是NMG周四公布的2.97亿美元融资计划的一部分。
此次投资后，埃尼集团预计将持有NMG约11.5%的股份，获得一个董事会席位，并拥有就石墨及相关材料独家供应协议的谈判选择权。天然石墨作为锂离子电池核心负极原料，广泛应用于储能和电动汽车领域，此举将助力埃尼集团切入关键矿产价值链，强化其在能源转型领域的布局。
埃尼集团已与NMG签署意向书，约定每年采购至多1.5万吨石墨。NMG所筹资金将用于开发马塔维尼石墨矿，以及支持魁北克省贝坎库尔电池材料厂的石墨精炼等全供应链运营。该交易尚需NMG股东在2026年5月下旬的年度股东大会上批准。
