Gemini 内部正讨论一项方案：请求创始人双胞胎豁免或将他们提供的约 3.3 亿美元贷款转为股权，以缓解债务负担。这些贷款主要通过 Winklevoss Capital Fund LLC 提供，截至 2025 年 12 月底，Gemini 尚欠 4619 枚比特币（按当时价格价值超 3.3 亿美元）。双胞胎作为公司主要控制人，此举若达成，将直接影响公司资本结构。
