路透香港4月10日 - 官方文件显示，日本大和证券集团已同意取得其在中国证券合资公司的完全控制权，这是外国金融公司为扩大在华业务所采取的最新举措。这项交易的规模为7.06亿元人民币（合1.0336亿美元）。
根据北京股权交易所的记录，该集团此前持有中日合资企业大和证券（中国）51%的股份，并于本周早些时候受让了两家中资股东持有的另外49%股份。北京熙诚资本控股有限公司和北京国有资本运营管理有限公司此前分别持有16%股权和33%股权。
摩根大通 JPM.N 、摩根士丹利 MS.N 和高盛 GS.N 等华尔街银行之前也采取了类似的行动。近年来，这些银行纷纷买断其中国合作伙伴的股份，以期加强本地业务。(完)
