ChainCatcher 消息，据 News.Bitcoin 报道，阿根廷证券交易委员会（CNV）现已将加密货币认定为资产，这些资产可计入个人净资产，从而使个人符合投资者资格。据悉，阿根廷证券交易委员会（CNV）发布了第 1125/2026 号总决议，规定虚拟资产将被视为个人净资产的一部分，用于判定该国合格投资者的资格。该决议将虚拟资产定义为“任何可通过数字方式交易和/或转让，并用于支付或投资的数字价值表现形式”，这意味着加密货币、代币化资产甚至稳定币均可作为此类资产使用。
尽管阿根廷在该领域取得了进展，但金融机构仍无法向客户提供加密货币服务，因为央行于 2022 年发布了一项决议，旨在“缓解此类资产交易可能给金融服务用户及整个金融体系带来的风险”。不过，随着米莱总统政府对加密货币持开放态度，有消息称相关限制将在短期内解除，部分阿根廷银行已经开始测试基于区块链的内部结算系统。
