智通财经APP讯，国联民生(01456)发布公告，华泰联合证券有限责任公司(以下简称“华泰联合证券”)作为国联民生证券股份有限公司(以下简称“公司”)发行股份购买资产并募集配套资金暨关联交易(以下简称“本次重组”)的独立财务顾问。本项目法定持续督导期已于2025年12月31日届满，由于本次重组配套募集资金尚未使用完毕，华泰联合证券需要对相关事宜继续履行持续督导义务。
近日，公司收到华泰联合证券出具的《关于变更独立财务顾问主办人的函》，华泰联合证券原独立财务顾问主办人张延鹏先生因个人工作变动，不再担任本次重组持续督导的独立财务顾问主办人。根据相关法规要求，华泰联合证券决定由本次重组原独立财务顾问主办人刘雪女士、肖闻逸女士、李骏先生、周济先生、孔乐骏先生继续履行持续督导工作。
上述变更后，独立财务顾问华泰联合证券委派的本次重组持续督导独立财务顾问主办人变更为刘雪女士、肖闻逸女士、李骏先生、周济先生、孔乐骏先生。
