近日，海南枫雨芯联半导体装备有限公司承修的首批半导体设备在海口综保区完成修理流程即将出区。通关放行后将销售至国内完成暂时进境修理转内销全国首单业务，这标志着海南自贸港在推进高水平对外开放、对接国际高标准经贸规则方面实现又一新突破。这将是海口综保区开展暂时进境修理转内销业务后的又一品类扩围，海口高质量发展注入新动能。
