智通财经APP获悉，受与大型科技公司达成多项合作协议提振，云基础设施企业CoreWeave(CRWV.US)近期发行的垃圾债在二级市场表现强劲，反映出投资者对人工智能相关资产的持续热情。
数据显示，该公司发行的17.5亿美元、票息9.75%的高收益债券价格已升至101.88美分，较发行价100美分明显上涨。该债券在发行当天即被上调规模，从最初计划的12.5亿美元扩大至17.5亿美元，显示出发行阶段需求旺盛。与此同时，公司同步推出的35亿美元可转债尚未开始交易。
此次融资正值CoreWeave加速拓展AI业务之际。公司此前宣布与Meta Platforms(META.US)达成协议，为其提供人工智能算力支持。此外，AI初创企业Anthropic也与CoreWeave签署数据中心租赁协议，以应对其快速增长的算力需求。
在多项利好消息推动下，CoreWeave股价盘初上涨超6%，报97.61美元，市场情绪明显改善。分析人士指出，新债发行后数日的交易表现通常被视为定价是否合理的重要指标，而此次债券在二级市场迅速走强，意味着初始定价可能偏保守，同时也反映出市场存在“未被满足的需求”。
