4月10日，易方达广西北投高速REIT(全称为“易方达广西北投高速公路封闭式基础设施证券投资基金”)正式获批，这是广西壮族自治区获批的首单不动产REITs项目。易方达广西北投高速REIT的底层资产为兰海高速广西南宁南段，线路全长约48.7公里，是串联南宁、钦州、防城港三市的交通主干线。作为国家高速公路网的重要组成部分，该路段持续强化南宁作为北部湾城市群中心城市、广西首府的辐射带动作用，承担着连接川渝黔地区与北部湾港口群的核心功能，是“一带一路”建设的重要交通节点，也是西南地区货物南向出海最便捷的高速通道，更是我国对外贸易合作的重要交通载体。易方达基金REITs投资部相关负责人表示，易方达广西北投高速REIT的推出，既是落实国家“盘活存量资产、扩大有效投资”战略部署的具体实践，也是广西面向东盟开放合作的交通金融创新示范，将有力推动广西不动产投融资领域市场化转型，同时也能让广大投资者通过REITs产品共享广西高速公路基础设施建设的发展红利。
