新华财经沈阳4月11日电（记者李宇佳）记者从国家统计局辽宁调查总队了解到，2026年3月份，辽宁工业生产者出厂价格（PPI）同比下降2.9%，降幅较上月收窄2.6个百分点；环比由上月下降1.2%转为本月上涨2.3%。工业生产者购进价格（IPI）同比下降2.3%，降幅较上月收窄1.9个百分点；环比上涨1.5%，涨幅较上月扩大1.2个百分点。
从两大部类看：3月份生产资料出厂价格同比下降2.4%，其中原料工业下降3.9%，采掘工业下降1.5%，加工工业下降0.9%。生活资料出厂价格同比下降5.0%，其中耐用消费品下降7.6%，食品下降3.1%，一般日用品下降1.9%，衣着下降0.1%。
3月份九大类原材料购进价格同比呈现“二涨七降”走势。其中：有色金属材料及电线类上涨12.7%，木材及纸浆类上涨0.3%；纺织原料类下降1.0%，其他工业原材料及半成品类下降1.3%，黑色金属材料类下降1.6%，农副产品类下降2.7%，建筑材料及非金属类下降3.3%，化工原料类下降3.5%，燃料动力类下降5.8%。
