金吾财讯 | 美股稀土概念股盘初走强，Critical Metals（CRML）盘中一度大涨 15%，USA Rare Earth（USAR）、United States Antimony（UAMY）分别冲高 8.5%、7.64%，American Resources（AREC）、MP Materials（MP）亦分别上涨 7.21%、6.11%。
消息面上，据有关媒体，欧盟与美国拟达成一项潜在协议，将制定最低价格等激励措施，助力非中国供应商，并在标准、投资及联合项目上开展合作，协调应对中国等国造成的供应中断。
双方还在寻求其他伙伴加入多国协议，构建关键矿产供应链，此类矿产是现代各类技术的核心原料。去年，北京为回应特朗普政府关税政策，对稀土等矿产实施出口管制，扰乱全球供应链并威胁欧洲企业生产。
该协议或缓解当前紧张的欧美关系，同时彰显双方在减少对华关键材料依赖上的共识。目前中国加工全球80%以上稀土，欧美及日本此前已就关键矿产合作表态。尽管具体执行细节尚未达成一致，但各方致力于后续敲定，且协议已包含全价值链合作及联合采购等内容。美欧相关机构暂未回应置评请求。
