StubHub (STUB) has been sued by the US Federal Trade Commission for allegedly failing to display full ticket prices to consumers, Bloomberg reported Thursday, citing a complaint filed in a New York federal court.
The agency said StubHub didn't disclose mandatory fees and charges until the final checkout screen, despite rules in place since 2025 requiring ticket sellers to show "all-in" pricing upfront, the report said.
StubHub did not immediately reply to a request for comment from MT Newswires.
