智通财经APP讯，新秀丽(01910)发布公告，薪酬委员会(经独立非执行董事批准)已根据股份奖励计划建议向本公司行政总裁授出超出0.1%个人限额的受限制股份单位。建议股东在2026年6月4日召开的股东周年大会上审议并酌情批准该建议授出。
本公司亦建议于股东周年大会上寻求股东批准对股份奖励计划作出有关潜在双重上市之若干修订，而该等修订将以潜在双重上市生效为条件并须待其生效后方可作实。
由于授予董事就股份(以美国预托股份的形式)在美国证券交易所的潜在双重上市而发行新股份的双重上市发行授权的有效期直至股东周年大会结束时为止，且鉴于当前全球市场及其他状况使潜在双重上市能否于股东周年大会或之前完成存在不确定性，本公司亦将寻求股东在股东周年大会上批准按与现有授权相同的条款更新该授权。经更新授权(如获股东批准)的有效期将直至以下两者中较早发生者为止：(i)潜在双重上市完成时(届时其将自动终止)及(ii)将于2027年举行的股东周年大会结束时。
