智通财经APP讯，中国生物制药(01177)发布公告，集团全资附属公司杭州赫吉亚生物医药有限公司(赫吉亚生物)自主研发的创新药Kylo-11“LPA siRNA”，其针对动脉粥样硬化性心血管疾病(ASCVD)伴脂蛋白(a)升高(Lp(a))的II期临床试验(Kylo-11- II-C01)，已完成美国首例患者入组。此前，该临床试验的中国部分已于2025年10月完成首例中国患者入组。
Kylo-11是赫吉亚生物自主研发的靶向LPA基因的siRNA药物，具备全球同类最佳(BIC)潜力。其采用国内首家获得全球专利授权的siRNA递送技术平台、全球首创的双偶联siRNA递送技术(MVIP递送平台)，通过高效递送、防止反义链末端被外切酶降解、增强体内稳定性、减少血浆中反义链降解等优势，实现超长效作用，有望成为靶向Lp(a)治疗领域一年一次给药的siRNA药物。
