智通财经APP讯，承达集团(01568)发布公告，于本公告日期本公司之公众持股量约为24.26%，仍低于上市规则第13.32B(1)条所载之最低公众持股量要求。本公司恢复公众持股量的计划正按照本公司日期为2026年3月3日公告所载之预期时间表落实。本公司已与财务顾问、潜在承配人及其他相关方持续进行磋商，并将于2026年上半年内落实及公布恢复计划的具体条款(包括各阶段里程碑的详细实施时间表)。董事会现正进行审查，以评估本公司管理层所建议的财务顾问的能力及专业水平，同时亦正考虑任何其他可行方案以恢复本公司公众持股量，包括但不限于邀请本公司核心关连人士考虑出售其股份。本公司将竭尽所能于2026年第三季度末之前恢复公众持股量。
