近日，金塘原油储运基地码头工程成功获得省级项目核准，标志着舟山市在优化提升石化产业原油运输体系上取得重要成果。

该项目位于舟山市金塘小李岙，拟新建2个30万吨级原油泊位，设计年通过能力3016万吨，建成后，将成为舟山原油运输体系的重要支撑，进一步完善舟山鱼山绿色石化基地配套，补齐基地缺乏自主可控大型原油码头的短板，有效缓解外钓等现有大型码头及管网的原油保供压力，全面提升舟山市原油产业链供应链的安全性和抗风险能力。另外，还将大幅缩减舟山市超大型油轮待泊时间，显著降低石化企业物流成本，为高质量建设世界一流强港提供强劲动能。

从项目争取到获得核准，舟山市港航和口岸管理局全程“马力拉满”、积极攻坚，成立工作专班，高频次赴国家部委、省级部门汇报对接，推动项目纳入《宁波舟山港总体规划（2035年）》。同时，成功争取到2025年底国家发改委、交通运输部一次性批复2个超大型原油泊位岸线，为项目顺利通过省级核准奠定了坚实基础。

“接下来，我们将持续深化跟踪服务，严格落实挂图作战，协同相关部门加快推进各项审批工作，全力助推项目顺利开建。”舟山市港航和口岸管理局规划处相关负责人说。
