4月10日金融一线消息，浙商银行今日发布公告称，该行收到《国家金融监督管理总局关于吕临华浙商银行董事、行长任职资格的批复》（金复〔2026〕195 号）。根据有关规定，国家金融监督管理总局已核准吕临华的董事、行长的任职资格。吕临华担任公司首席合规官职务同步生效。
公开资料显示，吕临华，1978 年 5 月出生，硕士研究生。曾任中国保险监督管理委员会浙江监管局统计研究处处长助理，办公室（党委办公室）主任助理、副主任、主任；中国银行保险监督管理委员会浙江监管局政策法规处处长，办公室（党委办公室、党委巡察办公室）主任、一级调研员；浙江农村商业联合银行党委委员、副行长。
