新浪科技讯 4月10日上午消息，联想集团宣布完成对全球高端企业级存储解决方案提供商Infinidat的收购。本次交易已获两家公司董事会全票通过，且所有必要的监管审批程序均已完成。

　　据悉，收购完成后，Infinidat未来将作为联想集团基础设施方案集团旗下的业务单元独立运营，持续聚焦产品创新、客户价值实现与全球业务拓展。进一步巩固联想在企业存储领域的市场地位，提升集团为全球客户提供高可靠、智能化、适配AI需求的数据基础设施的能力。

　　联想集团与Infinidat均致力于为关键业务场景提供高性能、可扩展且安全可靠的存储解决方案。Infinidat的企业级存储系统广泛支撑金融服务、医疗健康、电信通信及公共部门等行业的高负载业务需求。通过融合Infinidat在高端企业级存储领域的深厚技术专长，以及联想的全球化规模与完备的基础设施产品矩阵，联想将进一步丰富企业存储产品线，增强对数据密集型应用、数据分析及下一代企业级业务负载的支撑能力。
