Aspen Group's (ASX:APZ) net rental income increased by 20% to AU$31.4 million in the nine months to March 31, compared with AU$26.1 million during the same time last year, according to a Thursday filing with the Australian bourse.
The company's realized development profit jumped 153% to AU$19 million from AU$7.5 million in 2025, the filing said.
Additionally, the company's earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation, and amortization (EBITDA) rose 45% to AU$43.1 million from last year's AU$29.8 million.
The company is on track to meet its fiscal-year net rental income guidance of AU$41 million, realized development profit guidance of AU$21.5 million, and EBITDA guidance of AU$53.3 million, per the filing.
Shares rose 1% in afternoon trade on Thursday.
