　　英硅智能（03696）早盘一度涨超9%，截至发稿，股价上涨3.98%，现报61.40港元，成交额2.42亿港元。

　　4月8日，英硅智能宣布提名ISM6200，一款强效、潜在同类最佳的NR3C1抑制剂为临床前候选化合物（PCC），用于治疗卵巢癌、库欣综合征，以及包括高糖皮质激素相关的肥胖在内的其他与皮质醇过高相关的疾病。

　　公开信息显示 ，ISM6200是英硅智能 Pharma.AI平台赋能开发的一款强效、选择性NR3C1拮抗剂，具有较低的药物相互作用（DDI）风险，在多种疾病动物模型中展现出优越疗效，且具有良好的 ADME/PK 特性，预测人体起效剂量较低，具有同类最佳（best-in-class）潜力。

　　值得注意的是，英硅智能3月底发布公告，与礼来达成一项总额最高约27.5亿美元的对外授权与全球研发合作，其中首付款高达1.15亿美元。公告显示，该笔合作不仅包括一项临床前管线授权，双方还将在英硅智能的Pharma.AI赋能下开展围绕选定靶点的多项药物研发合作。据悉，Pharma.AI是由英硅智能开发的，专为提升制药研发的质量与效率而设计的商业化生成式人工智能软件及自动化平台。
