智通财经APP讯，绿城中国(03900)发布公告，2026年3月，绿城集团自投项目取得销售2840套，销售面积约42万平方米，当月销售金额约为人民币151亿元，销售均价约为每平方米人民币36012元。2026年1-3月，绿城集团取得合同销售面积约82万平方米，合同销售金额约人民币 256亿元;其中归属于绿城集团的权益金额约为人民币177亿元。于2026年3月31日，另有累计已签认购协议未转销售合同的金额约人民币31亿元，其中归属于绿城集团的权益金额约为人民币22亿元。
2026年3月，绿城集团代建项目取得销售面积约38万平方米，销售金额约人民币55亿元。2026年1-3月，绿城集团代建项目累计取得销售面积约94万平方米，销售金额约为人民币130亿元。
综上，截至2026年3月31日止三个月，绿城集团累计取得总合同销售面积约176平方米，总合同销售金额约人民币386亿元，同比下降约26.34%。
