智通财经APP讯，优乐赛共享(02649)发布公告，核数师已要求董事会审计委员会就于2026年2月24日至27日期间涉及向一家实体转账约人民币7300万元的一项交易及其是否符合上市规则的规定，开展独立调查。
据此，董事会已决议成立一个特别委员会，初步由全体独立非执行董事组成(即项婷女士、王锐博士及刘大成博士)，并由项婷女士担任特别委员会主席。特别委员会须(其中包括)调查该交易的背景及影响，向董事会汇报其有关调查的结果及结论，并就该交易提供解决方案及建议。
特别委员会已委任一间具备适当经验及资历的外部独立会计师事务所协助特别委员会进行调查。
