路透北京4月9日 - 中国汽车制造商--奇瑞汽车9973.HK周四表示，公司正式启用位于西班牙巴塞罗那的欧洲运营中心，标志着公司全球化的关键里程碑。
奇瑞汽车在一份新闻稿中表示，奇瑞欧洲运营中心是公司首个海外区域运营中心，承担公司欧洲业务的中央平台职能，整合运营、合规、供应链协调、财务及公共事务等职能。
据介绍，奇瑞目前已进入欧洲18国市场，已服务区域内超过10万名用户，预计未来几年将保持强劲增长势头。
今年1-2月，奇瑞在英国及欧盟市场的销量达3.9万辆，同比增长200%；同期新能源车出口1.15万辆，同比增长250%。公司每出口五辆新能源汽车，就有一辆销往欧洲。
奇瑞还宣布同步启动西班牙研究院，将聚焦电动化、智能出行与可持续发展等，持续投资多元技术，并在数据保护、环境责任与合规等方面与欧洲标准接轨。
2024年，奇瑞与西班牙EV MOTORS携手，复兴了西班牙国民汽车品牌EBRO。奇瑞表示，这项合作不仅盘活了巴塞罗那的闲置工厂，还创造了超过1,000个本地就业岗位。（完）
