欧盟委员会将放宽针对化石燃料进口商的甲烷排放新规，以避免天然气进口从欧洲大陆转移，因为欧洲仍在努力应对高昂的能源价格。

　　该法规原定于2027年1月起生效，其中包含对与燃烧放空、直接排放相关的甲烷排放进行严格监测与报告的要求。

　　欧盟委员会能源总司司长表示，欧盟正计划在相关规定中引入“灵活安排”。

　　她称，对违规行为的处罚力度也将放宽，以确保“不会因处罚相关顾虑而导致任何货物被转运或延误”。
