新华社北京4月9日电（记者谢希瑶、黄韬铭）商务部9日举行例行新闻发布会。有记者问，有报道称，美国贸易代表格里尔表示将与北京方面展开工作层对话，请问是否会对继续延迟稀土出口管制有任何讨论和计划？商务部新闻发言人何亚东回应表示，根据中美吉隆坡经贸磋商共识，中方2025年10月9日公布的相关出口管制等措施，暂停实施至2026年11月10日。中美双方将通过经贸磋商机制就各自关切持续保持沟通。
