乌克兰总统泽连斯基表示，今年春夏对乌克兰来说将相当艰难，因为不仅在战场上面临压力，在外交上也面临结束战争的压力。
他指出，由于伊朗战争及中东局势紧张加剧导致全球油价飙涨，乌克兰的盟友要求基辅减少对俄罗斯石油部门的打击。他未透露是哪些盟友。
泽连斯基表示，如果俄罗斯希望缓和局势，就应停止对乌克兰能源设施的打击，并同意恢复华盛顿斡旋的三方和平谈判。但他承认，美国目前不愿在乌克兰和平进程上投入更多时间。
“今年春夏，在政治和外交上都将相当艰难。乌克兰可能面临压力。战场上也会面临压力。”泽连斯基在周五透过其办公室向记者发布的讲话称。“我认为直到9月前，我们的处境都非常艰难。”
泽连斯基再次呼吁国际社会对俄罗斯施加更多压力。他表示，希望美国能够全面恢复对俄罗斯石油的制裁。这些制裁在伊朗冲突期间暂时放松。
“俄罗斯一些（石油）设施目前遭遇严重问题。每当我们的能源部门遭受袭击，我们都会予以反击——这完全合理。如果俄罗斯希望停止这种局面，他们必须停止打击，届时我们也会以同样的方式对待。”
泽连斯基表示，在伊朗封锁霍尔木兹海峡期间，乌克兰的盟友曾要求减少对俄罗斯石油设施的打击；但他回应称，俄罗斯石油对全球市场影响有限。
泽连斯基表示，如果俄罗斯希望缓和局势，应在未来三个月举行三方会谈，商讨如何通过外交途径结束战争。
