ChainCatcher 消息，据 CoinDesk 报道，Flare 公布治理提案，计划将最大可提取价值（MEV）捕获至协议层，并由新设实体 FIRE 负责收入回流与 FLR 代币回购、销毁。
方案包括三阶段区块构建重塑：首先由 Flare Entity 指定区块构建者，随后引入 Flare Confidential Compute 实现公开审计，最终将构建者与提议者合并，原验证者转为验证角色。提案同时将 FLR 年通胀率从 5% 降至 3%，年度硬顶由 50 亿枚降至 30 亿枚，基础 Gas 费提升至 1,200 gwei，预计年度销毁量提升至 3 亿枚。上述措施旨在优化网络经济模型，提升协议透明度与安全性。
