于刘斐先生辞任后，彼亦不再担任根据GEM上市规则第24.05(2)条及公司条例(香港法例第622章)第16部所规定之公司香港接收法律程序文件及通知的代表(法律程序文件代理人)，自2026年4月9日起生效。新获委任的公司秘书郑坤芷女士获委任接替刘斐先生担任法律程序文件代理人，自2026年4月9日起生效。
