近日，市场监管总局公布数据显示，自2025年5月至2026年1月，市场监管总局在全国范围内部署开展居民水电气计量和收费问题综合整治工作，全国共查处水电气领域违法案件约1.4万件，罚没金额约2.35亿元，开展各类科普宣传2.2万次，发放宣传材料357.41万份，惠及群众4393万人，以精准监管、严厉整治、长效推进，为群众筑牢民生保障防线。对查实存在违规收费行为的水电气公用企业，以“零容忍”态度推进退费整治，督促有关企业累计退费约3.01亿元。
市场监管总局将持续巩固专项整治成果，将居民水电气领域计量和价格监督检查纳入日常监管重点。
