智通财经APP获悉，中国铝业(02600)盈喜后涨近3%，截至发稿，涨2.1%，报12.66港元，成交额1.82亿港元。
消息面上，4月8日，中国铝业发布公告，公司预计2026年第一季度实现归属于上市公司股东的净利润为人民币53.02亿元至55.85亿元，同比增加50%至58%。预计2026年第一季度归属于上市公司股东的扣除非经常性损益的净利润为人民币51.37亿元至54.20亿元，同比增加49%至58%。
值得一提的是，同日，中国铝业公告称，截至本公告披露日，公司控股股东中铝集团及其一致行动人增持公司股份时间期限已届满，中铝集团及其一致行动人通过上交所及香港联交所交易系统共增持公司股份约1.93亿股(其中：增持A股股份约9734.96万股；增持H股股份9568万股)，约占公司总股本的1.13%，累计增持金额约人民币10.15亿元。增持计划已实施完毕。
