智通财经APP获悉，香港联交所最新资料显示，4月8日，中国创意控股(08368)股东将股票由宏智证券转入法国巴黎银行，转仓市值2918.61万港元，占比14.86%。
中国创意控股发布截至2025年12月31日止年度业绩，该集团取得收入1.41亿元(人民币，下同)，同比减少6.57%;公司拥有人应占溢利4464.3万元，同比增长83.32%;每股基本盈利7.73分。
公告称，公司拥有人应占溢利增加乃主要由于过往年度以低价收购的部分剧本版权于2025年度以较高价格售出致使毛利增加;出售若干附属公司股权产生收益;及行政开支减少所致。
