蓝鲸新闻4月9日讯，2026年4月7日，广西药品监督管理局发布通告，广西愈尔美医药有限公司报告其委托广东名颜化妆品有限公司生产的“医用重组胶原蛋白皮肤创面敷贴”（桂械注准20242140365）存在未按医疗器械生产质量管理规范组织生产的问题，导致产品存在安全隐患。该公司已对批号为Y0425082001、Y0425082201、Y0425091101的三个批次产品实施三级主动召回。监管部门已要求企业全面排查原因、落实整改措施，并暂停相关产品销售与使用。消费者如已购买上述批次产品，建议立即停止使用并联系企业退换。
