Select Harvests (ASX:SHV) said that Chief Executive David Surveyor has notified the company of his decision to resign, according to a Thursday filing with the Australian bourse.
Surveyor will remain with the company for a six-month notice period to ensure a smooth transition while the company searches for a new CEO, the filing said.
The company's shares fell 1% in recent Thursday trade.
