凤凰网科技讯 4月15日，理想汽车创始人李想在社交平台发表了一段关于AI人才招聘的观点。李想直言，不要招聘那些非原生或专业AI（每天的工作真正在做模型、Agent等工作的人，或者毕业不是上手就用AI的人）的人才，来公司转型做AI的研发或运营。他将这种行为比作“有金子放在那里不用，非要从矿石里开盲盒提炼金子”。
李想进一步表示，想要加入真正要做AI的公司，任何人都必须提前给自己“升级”，完成转型，成为AI的专家。
他认为，如果没有深度的Agent真实工作训练和足够多时间的反复学习，非AI原生的人才想要做AI专业的工作，大部分十年工龄左右的水准(AI和Agent的理解能力，以及实际业务价值创造能力)，显著低于工作一年校招生的50分位的水平，和那些顶级的90分位校招生的水平差距至少有十倍。世界很残酷。
