Grand Ming (HKG:1271) said its unit reached a settlement over a winding-up petition, according to a Tuesday Hong Kong bourse filing.
Shares of the property developer were up nearly 2% in Wednesday morning trade.
The petition was filed by Jardine Engineering Corporation against Grand Tech Construction over unpaid invoices totaling HK$14.7 million under subcontract works.
