　　民生国际（00938）发布公告，由于本公司与中正天恒会计师有限公司（中正天恒）未能就审核本集团截至2026年3月31日止年度综合财务报表（2026 年审核）的审核费用达成共识，中正天恒已辞任本公司核数师，自2026年4月10 日起生效。

　　经审核委员会推荐，容诚（香港）会计师事务所有限公司（容诚）已获委聘为本公司核数师，自2026年4月10日起生效，以填补中正天恒辞任后的临时空缺，任期直至本公司下届股东周年大会结束为止。
