据“北京朝阳”微信公众号消息，2026年一季度，北京CBD新增外资企业146家。截至目前，区域已吸引上万家外资企业落户，占北京市外资企业总数30%以上，是全市外资企业最为密集的区域。

作为国家服务业扩大开放综合示范区与中国（北京）自由贸易试验区“两区”政策叠加的核心承载区，北京CBD外资经济已成为区域高质量发展的核心支柱。2025年，区域外资机构实现税收约575亿元，占CBD功能区总税收的45%，接近区域经济“半壁江山”。

当前，北京CBD产业结构持续向高端跃升，科技与商务深度融合，外资企业全面融入CBD现代产业体系，高度集聚于高附加值现代服务业。2025年，租赁和商务服务业、金融业、科技服务业等六大行业外资企业贡献了区域外资总税收的87%。其中，科技领域成为核心增长极，科学研究和技术服务业是外资布局首选领域，2025年实际利用外资项目中该行业占比达45%，形成“科技引领、消费筑基、商务支撑”的良性产业结构。
