消息面上，政策端已释放明确信号。4月初，商务部、国家发改委、财政部宣布开展中央储备冻猪肉收储工作。此前，发改委联合农业农村部已两次召开专题会议，要求主要养殖企业严格落实产能调控措施，有序调减能繁母猪存栏量。
展望后市，国金证券研报中提及，从供给端角度看，4月份预计出栏总量略有增加，短时生猪供给压力犹存，叠加季节性淡季，生猪价格仍有下跌空间。其同时指出，产能去化虽慢，但政策引导下行业成本方差巨大，头部企业如牧原股份凭借技术优势，2026年目标成本降至11.5元/公斤以下，有望在周期底部巩固份额。
