路透4月10日 - 欧盟执委会周五表示，该机构正在分析是否应根据数字服务法(DSA)的规定，将OpenAI的ChatGPT认定为大型在线搜索引擎。此前OpenAI报告其ChatGPT用户数量已超过该法规定的门槛。
欧盟执委会发言人Thomas Regnier表示：“OpenAI公布的ChatGPT用户数量已超过数字服务法规定的4,500万用户门槛。”
“欧盟执委会相关部门目前正在评估这一信息。”
Regnier指出，大型语言模型(LLM)可能被纳入数字服务法的监管范围，但须“逐案”分析。
德国商报(Handelsblatt)周五早些时候报道称，ChatGPT将被纳入数字服务法的监管范围，这意味着它将面临更严格的监管。
OpenAI表示，其已按照现行义务公布了ChatGPT搜索的月均活跃用户数，并补充称该数据指的是过去六个月内欧盟地区的用户。
根据OpenAI提供的数据，截至2025年9月底的六个月，ChatGPT搜索在欧盟的月均活跃用户约为1.204亿。(完)
