此前环球战略集团发布公告，于2026年4月2日(联交所交易时段后)，公司与配售代理订立配售协议，据此，公司有条件同意透过配售代理按尽力基准向不少于6名身为或其最终实益拥有人身为独立第三方的承配人配售最多3771.96万股配售股份，配售价为每股配售股份0.22 港元。
